Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and guidelines for using the PowerLedger platform. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Permitted Use

You may use PowerLedger for:

• Personal market research and education
• Professional analysis and decision-support research
• Team collaboration (on plans that support multi-user access)
• Backtesting and scenario analysis for educational purposes
• Building and managing personal watchlists and portfolios

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Unlawful Activity

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Use the Platform to manipulate markets or engage in market abuse
• Violate securities laws or regulations

Security Violations

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Attempt to bypass authentication, security, or access controls
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

Data Misuse

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without permission
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute Platform outputs or data commercially without a written licence
• Use the Platform to provide financial advice services to third parties under your account without an appropriate institutional plan
• Share your account credentials with others outside your team plan

Misrepresentation

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Create false accounts or accounts on behalf of others without authorisation

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you create on the Platform (watchlists, notes, decision logs, portfolio data). You must not upload content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains personal data of others without their consent
• Contains malicious code or harmful elements

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP
• Remove content that violates this AUP
• Report unlawful activity to relevant authorities
• Take any action necessary to protect the Platform and its users

We will provide reasonable notice before suspension except where immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.

6. Reporting Abuse

To report violations of this AUP, contact office@sparkwise.nl with details of the violation.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
